Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Account Cancellation
User can cancel the subscription to Bizzcard – Digital Business Card by sending an email to hello@bizzcard.me with the Subject "Cancel my subscription"
All cancellations will be actioned within 5 business days. The business card URL will no longer be accessible and the username can be used to create another business card.
Bizzcard Payment Refund
Bizzcard PRO subscriptions are non-refundable. User can request for account cancellation.
